
Role Overview :
We are hiring a Strategic Growth Manager to join the Founder's Office in a fast-paced B2B tech environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and is passionate about building and scaling GTM strategies through data, speed, and creativity.
You'll work directly with senior leadership, owning growth experiments, running lean pilots, and driving cross-functional initiatives across verticals.
Key Responsibilities :
1) Design and execute growth experiments, pricing tests, and segment plays
2) Build GTM pilots across product lines and iterate fast based on feedback
3) Track key metrics like ARR, CAC, churn, and conversion funnels
4) Drive special projects across departments: upsell campaigns, fit assessments, onboarding flows
5) Conduct competitive research, user interviews, and usage analysis
6) Own dashboards, performance reviews, board prep, and strategic ops
7) Support the Business Head with OKR planning and investor updates
Ideal Profile :
1) Experience in growth, strategy, or founder's office roles
2) Experience in startups or SaaS/digital businesses
3) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; highly action-oriented
4) Exposure to product-led growth or demand generation is a plus
5) Confident in cross-functional collaboration and fast-paced execution
