About the Company:

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drive annual budgeting, monthly reforecasting, and financial planning.
- Build and enhance financial models across revenue, cash flow, and operating expenses.
- Partner with Sales, R&D, and G&A leadership to drive growth and margin expansion.
- Analyze SaaS metrics, unit economics, revenue growth, retention, and sales efficiency.
- Support capital structure planning, investment decisions, and scenario modelling.
- Lead FP&A involvement in monthly close, reporting, and variance analysis.
- Prepare financial analysis and presentations for executives, investors, and the Board.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and finance systems enhancements.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 4-8 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance, preferably with SaaS exposure.
- Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, SaaS metrics, and business drivers.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and US-based stakeholders.
- Willingness to work hours providing meaningful overlap with US time zones.
Preferred Background:
- Investment banking, consulting, FP&A, or corporate finance experience.
- SaaS / technology exposure with strong understanding of SaaS metrics and unit economics.
- Experience with ERP, planning, BI, SQL, or financial analytics tools will be an advantage.
- Experience in working on the FP&A tool - pigment will be highly valued advantage.
