About The Role:

We're looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to lead our Financial Planning & Analysis function.

You'll own budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic analysis that directly influence business decisions and company growth.

Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you'll provide data-driven insights, improve financial planning processes, and identify opportunities for growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the annual budgeting process and maintain rolling forecasts across the business.

- Develop financial models, scenario planning, and sensitivity analyses to support strategic decisions.

- Analyze budget-to-actual variances and provide actionable financial insights.

- Leverage AI tools to improve forecasting, reporting, and financial planning processes.

- Automate manual finance workflows using AI-driven solutions to increase efficiency.

- Build dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into financial and operational performance.

- Analyze key financial and business metrics to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.

- Partner with Accounting to ensure alignment between FP&A outputs and GAAP financial statements.

- Collaborate with business leaders to support strategic planning, cost optimization, and investment decisions.

- Prepare and present executive-level financial reports and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Must-Haves (Essential Skills And Experience):

- 4-6+ years of FP&A or Corporate Finance experience with strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, GAAP principles, and FP&A platforms such as Adaptive Insights, Planful, or Anaplan.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

- Excellent analytical, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar platforms for business analysis, forecasting, financial reporting, and process automation.

- Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker (highly preferred).

Nice-to-Haves (Preferred Experience That Adds Additional Value):

- Experience working within a SaaS and/or healthcare environment.

- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and subscription-based metrics.

- MBA, CFA, or other relevant finance certifications.

- Experience developing executive dashboards, pricing models, and scenario planning for strategic initiatives.

- Additional experience with BI and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).

- Experience partnering directly with executive leadership in a high-growth organization.
