- Monitor financial performance including revenue, expenses, and EBITA; support forecasting and variance analysis - Build and maintain financial models to guide strategic planning and business decisions - Coordinate strategic projects, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery across functions - Support CEO's office with business reviews, board presentations, and monthly reporting follow-ups - Schedule and manage meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and ensure action items are tracked - Collect and analyze data for market trends, customer insights, and operational metrics - Maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and identify areas for improvement - Track operational metrics such as customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and process efficiency - Contribute to special projects including market research, competitive analysis, and business development - Foster collaboration across departments to ensure alignment and effective execution Requirements : - Candidates should be alumni of a premier B-school with a strong academic foundation. - Must have 4+ years of post-MBA experience in a comparable strategic or financial role. - Preference will be given to applicants based in or around Mumbai.
