Strategic Executive Assistant

Role Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and highly organized Assistant to support the Chairman in leadership operations, cross-functional coordination, and executive decision-making. This is a high-impact role that combines administrative excellence with strategic project support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end strategic support to the Chairman, including management, communication handling, briefing notes, and preparing for leadership meetings.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights, preparing executive dashboards, and supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Coordinate leadership meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups with internal teams.
- Manage key strategic and operational projects across production, sales, procurement, supply chain, and admin functions.
- Support execution of organizational initiatives such as digital transformation, process improvement, compliance, and automation.
- Prepare project reports, risk assessments, business reviews, and progress updates for Chairman and leadership teams.
- Assist in annual business planning, budgeting cycles, and KPI tracking, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct research, competitive benchmarking, and prepare high-quality strategic presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with department heads to gather insights, monitor progress, and ensure smooth cross-functional coordination.
- Handle confidential communication, documents, and sensitive organizational information with utmost discretion.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience as a Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Business Support role.
- Strong ability to work with senior leadership and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), dashboards, and reporting tools.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
- Ability to handle operational and strategic tasks simultaneously.
