Key Responsibilities


Brand & Messaging Alignment:


- Develop value-based messaging to highlight strengths such as affordability, transfer pathways, and statewide/national reach.


- Ensure alignment with institutional mission, vision, and brand guidelines.


Enrollment Funnel Design:


- Map the inquiry application matriculation journey.


- Configure and optimize workflows in Slate CRM, Salesforce, Ellucian Recruit, or similar tools.


Channel Strategy & Campaign Planning:


- Recommend spend allocations across paid search, social media, employer/community partnerships, and earned media.


- Develop 12-month campaign calendars aligned with course launches and academic cycles.


Analytics & KPIs:


- Define key metrics (CPI, Conversion %, Yield) and build real-time performance dashboards.


- Monitor campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and optimize spend for maximum ROI.


- Stakeholder Engagement:


- Collaborate with university leadership, marketing, admissions, and IT teams to deliver measurable results.


- Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders and governing boards.


Technical Skills:


Must Have


- Proficiency in Slate CRM, Salesforce, or Ellucian Recruit for enrollment workflow management.


- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Pardot, or Marketo.


- Strong knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI).


- Familiarity with paid media management platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).


Nice to Have


- Understanding of statewide university systems or multi-campus enrollment strategies.


- Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and SEO best practices.


- Experience with data visualization and advanced reporting tools for KPI tracking.


Preferred Qualities


- Proven ability to produce deliverables such as Messaging Playbooks, Funnel Blueprints, Marketing Plans, and Campaign Dashboards.


- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.


- A data-driven mindset with a passion for measuring ROI and improving media spend efficiency.


- Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term vision and short-term execution.


Education:


- Required: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or related field
