Key Responsibilities:
1. Business contributor for Mumbai and Ahmedabad markets.
2. Handling product portfolios including USG, CT, and MRI systems.
3. Focus on private medical markets and institutional sales.
4. Develop and manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across CT, MRI, and Ultrasound segments.
5. Implement sales strategies such as medical college engagement, customer connect initiatives, and CME programs.
6. Conduct district mapping, track competition, and monitor market share trends.
7. Plan and execute product training programs for sales teams and dealers on a quarterly basis.
8. Work closely with channel partners, dealers, and internal stakeholders to achieve business targets.
9. Support demo planning, installations, and customer conversions.
10. Ensure timely reporting, forecasting, and MIS related to sales performance.
Requirements :
1. Prior experience in sales of medical capital equipment such as CR, DR, USG, CT, MRI, and HCIT.
2. Experience working with an OEM in the medical devices domain (preferred).
3. Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and diagnostic imaging solutions.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
5. Open to travel within assigned territories.
6. Proficiency in PowerPoint presentations and business reviews.
