Key Responsibility :
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement strategies aligned with company goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to suggest business opportunities.
- Oversee digital products (mobile apps and websites) and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Collaboration Across Teams:
- Work with cross-functional teams (IT, marketing, operations) to execute strategies effectively.
- Assist in developing digital campaigns and new business initiatives.
Project Management:
- Lead and manage digital projects including mobile app updates and system enhancements.
- Create and maintain project documentation, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor KPIs and measure the success of business initiatives.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Stay updated with regulatory changes and market developments.
- Analyze customer needs, competitor innovations, and digital adoption trends in the industry.
Vendor Management:
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and ensure smooth execution of projects.
