About the Role

We are hiring for a high-impact Executive Assistant role supporting the Group Chairman of a large, multi-business Indian conglomerate with interests across manufacturing and FMCG Businesses. This is a strategic position designed for professionals who can partner closely with top leadership, drive business-critical initiatives, and contribute to long-term value creation across multiple business verticals.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive strategic initiatives, business planning and performance reviews across multiple group businesses.

- Support the Chairman's Office in strategy formulation, project evaluation, financial modelling and investment analysis.

- Lead and track key strategic projects, including business restructuring, operational excellence programs, and process re-engineering initiatives.

- Conduct valuation exercises for organic and inorganic growth opportunities.

- Manage project finance assessments, fundraising support and capital allocation planning for upcoming capex/expansion projects.

- Develop business-potential models, cash-flow forecasts and MIS dashboards for leadership decision-making.

- Partner with CEOs and senior leadership teams to ensure execution of management directives and smooth cross-functional coordination.

- Drive market intelligence, benchmarking, and identification of new business models and cost optimisation levers.

- Contribute to digital transformation and IT-led efficiency initiatives across the group.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 5+ years of experience in Strategy, Chairman/CEO Office, Corporate Planning, Management Consulting, or Investment/Project Finance.

- Strong exposure to multi-business environments, large manufacturing setups, or diversified conglomerates preferred.

- Expertise in financial modeling, project management, valuation, and strategic execution.

- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders, drive alignment, and influence outcomes.

- Strong analytical thinking, structured communication, and maturity to handle high-stakes business agendas.
