Role Overview: You will lead pharma & biotech collaborations across two fronts:
1.Research Collaborations: Partner with global R&D and translational research teams to enable biomarker discovery, clinical trial planning, and real-world evidence generation.
2.Commercial Partnerships: Work with pharma/biotech brand and medical teams to expand oncology drug usage through precision diagnostics and companion testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pitch, and close partnership opportunities with pharma, biotech, and CROs.
- Build strong relationships with both commercial/medical affairs teams and scientific/R&D stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams (scientific, clinical, product) to create tailored proposals.
- Represent 4baseCare at pharma/oncology industry events and networking forums.
- Monitor oncology, diagnostics, and healthcare trends to identify new opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
- 5-8 years' experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships in healthcare/pharma/biotech/diagnostics ( Real World Data , Clinical Research experience preferred).
- Outgoing personality with a flair for sales, networking, and relationship-building.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt across both business decision-makers and scientific experts.
- Self-driven, energetic, and motivated by patient impact.
