Role Overview:
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for acquiring and managing key client accounts, driving business growth through relationship management, solution selling, and cross-functional collaboration. The role focuses on client acquisition, account retention, and the expansion of partnerships across sectors such as NBFCs, OEMs, Insurance Companies, and other enterprises that can integrate Global Assures value-added services with their core products.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Business Development
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new corporate clients across target industries.
- Develop customized proposals and presentations aligning Global Assures value-added solutions with client needs.
- Drive revenue growth through new partnerships and strategic alliances.
Account Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth coordination and service delivery.
- Understand client requirements, track performance, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Build long-term relationships to increase client retention and satisfaction.
Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with internal teams (Operations, Product, Marketing, Finance) to ensure timely implementation of client deliverables.
- Liaise with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless integration of services and client support.
Market & Competitor Analysis
- Keep track of industry trends, competitor offerings, and client movements to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide inputs for pricing strategies and product enhancement.
Reporting & MIS
- Maintain and update sales pipeline, account activity reports, and performance dashboards.
- Track KPIs related to client acquisition, revenue targets, and account growth.
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Strong experience in B2B sales, corporate partnerships, or key account management.
- Proven track record of client acquisition and relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet business targets.
