The Role:
- This role is ideal for ex-consultants (MBB / Big 4 Strategy) who want to move from advising to owning and driving real-world impact.
- As a Strategic AI Deployment Manager, you will operate as a trusted advisor, program leader, and hands-on problem solver for strategic customers. You will lead high-stakes initiatives, unlock measurable business value, and drive adoption of advanced AI, analytics, and geospatial solutions across complex utility operations.
- You will work across multiple workstreamslaunching new products, designing operating models, optimizing global workflows, and leading multi-stakeholder transformations.
What You Will Do:
- Lead high-impact customer transformations, shaping how AI, analytics, and satellite capabilities deliver measurable outcomes.
- Own executive-level relationships, synthesizing complex data into recommendations and driving alignment across senior stakeholders.
- Run cross-functional programs involving AI, satellite intelligence, engineering, and field operations.
- Guide and mentor teams across analysts, PMs, and technical contributorsraising the bar for execution and clarity.
- Translate strategy into action, ensuring every detail of solution design and deployment ties to business outcomes.
- Drive product and operational excellence, informing roadmaps, workflows, and enterprise-scale processes.
Who You Are:
- Top-tier consulting experience (MBB / Big 4 Strategy / boutique strategy) with strong problem-solving and client leadership skills
- Strength in breaking down ambiguity, structuring complex problems, and driving clarity
- Ability to communicate with executives, influence decisions, and manage stakeholder alignment
- A bias toward execution and ownership, not just analysis
- Curiosity and passion for energy, climate, infrastructure, AI,or analytics
- The ability to operate in high-velocity environments and balance detail with strategic thinking
