Role Overview:
The organization is seeking an accomplished and discreet professional who will perform a dual role of being a - Strategic Advisor and Executive Assistant. Its a highly classified role.
The person will provide strategic and operational support to the Director and will work on highly classified projects.
This high-impact role demands a polished professional with exceptional communication skills, a global mindset, and the ability to manage complex priorities with foresight and integrity. The incumbent will serve as a trusted advisor and critical enabler, ensuring seamless coordination of the Director's domestic and international engagements, strategic initiatives, and stakeholder interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Enablement & Executive Support: Act as an extension of the Director in managing high-priority deliverables across geographies, driving execution of key initiatives through rigorous tracking, proactive follow-ups, and informed decision support.
- Confidential Advisory Role: Manage highly sensitive, confidential, and mission-critical information with utmost discretion, ensuring trust and credibility in all executive dealings.
- Calendar & Protocol Management: Orchestrate the Director's schedule with precision-balancing strategic engagements, time-sensitive commitments, and extensive travel plans (both domestic and international) while maximizing productivity and impact.
- Stakeholder Interface: Serve as the primary liaison between the Director and senior internal/external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and relationship management on confidential and business-critical matters.
- Market Intelligence & Research: Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive intelligence to inform strategic planning, investment decisions, and business positioning.
- Executive Communication & Content: Draft high-level communication, presentations, and reports on behalf of the Director, ensuring clarity, tone, and messaging are aligned with business objectives.
- Digital Presence Management: Curate and manage the Director's professional presence on LinkedIn-developing content, tracking engagement, and aligning public communication with the firm's brand and values.
- Meeting Leadership: Plan and coordinate executive meetings, prepare briefing materials, document action points, and ensure timely closure of deliverables.
Profile Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience supporting C-suite executives, preferably in financial services, consulting, or a global business environment.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence, engage, and build relationships at senior levels.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and navigate ambiguity.
- Highly organized with a proactive mindset and exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong command over productivity tools (MS Office, email/calendar systems) and digital platforms, including LinkedIn.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline from a reputed institution is preferred.
