Strategic Advisor/Director - Business Operations

Role Overview:

As the Director of Business Operations and Strategic Advisor, you will serve as a pivotal leader responsible for steering the operational trajectory of our clients' businesses. This role involves working closely with C-suite executives and cross-functional department heads to translate high-level business goals into actionable operational frameworks. You will be the primary architect of efficiency, ensuring that production, marketing, and digital transformation initiatives are seamlessly integrated to maximize market impact and long-term profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Orchestrate end-to-end ecommerce operations to ensure scalability and consistent service delivery across digital platforms.

- Lead cross-functional coordination efforts to align production timelines with marketing strategy and sales demand.

- Drive digital transformation initiatives that modernize legacy processes and enhance the overall customer experience in D2C models.

- Develop and implement comprehensive operations planning frameworks to optimize resource allocation and reduce operational overhead.

- 16+ years of experience in cross-functional leadership roles across brand, operations and Strategic Execution

- Understanding of Digital Transformation, D2C Models and Customer Lifecycle

- Excellent communication skills, business judgements and team management
