Strategic Advisor - CPG & Retail

Role Overview:
We are looking for a senior CPG & Retail industry leader to join the organisation in a Strategic Advisor capacity.
The role will work closely with the leadership team to provide strategic direction, identify growth opportunities and drive high-impact business initiatives across CPG and Retail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to the organisation and senior leadership, providing industry insights and business advisory.
- Drive growth strategy, business transformation and new market opportunities across CPG and Retail.
- Leverage deep understanding of consumer behaviour, retail trends, distribution, channels and emerging business models.
- Advise on P&L, commercial strategy, go-to-market, category expansion and revenue growth.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships, acquisitions, investments and strategic alliances.
- Work cross-functionally with leadership to translate strategy into measurable business outcomes.
- Mentor senior teams and contribute to building a scalable, high-performance organisation.
Ideal Profile:
- 18 - 25+ years of experience in CPG, FMCG, Retail, Consumer or allied sectors.
- Senior leadership experience such as Business Head, CEO, CXO, Partner, Strategy Head or Consulting Partner.
- Strong combination of industry expertise, strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
- Experience advising promoters/founders or working closely with Boards and senior leadership is preferred.
- Strong network across the CPG/Retail ecosystem will be an advantage
