Strategic Advisor - Business Strategy - FMCG

Job Description:

As Strategic Advisor, you will guide the Chairman and senior management on how to double turnover within 2 - 3 years by streamlining corporate and business strategy, market and competitive intelligence, growth and commercial strategy, performance, profitability, and strategic investments.

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Advisor, Business Head, or COO to lead a high-growth 200cr FMCG MNC based in Bangalore. In this pivotal leadership role, you will serve as the primary architect of the company's growth strategy, overseeing end-to-end profit centre operations and driving operational excellence across the organization. You will work closely with the Board of Directors, executive leadership, and cross-functional department heads to align business objectives with market demands.

Your impact will be measured by your ability to scale revenue, optimize supply chain and manufacturing efficiencies-leveraging your expertise in heavy machinery and industrial operations-and cultivate a high-performance culture that ensures long-term market dominance and sustainable profitability.

Candidate Requirements:

- BE and MBA preferred

- Below 65 years of age

- Retired FMCG veteran who can work 2 - 4 days in a week preferred

- 20+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing with large FMCG business

- 5+ years of experience as BUH, COO, or MD is a must
