
We are hiring a Strategic Account Manager for a fast-growing RegTech / AI-driven data intelligence platform working with India's leading BFSI institutions. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in enterprise client ownership, revenue expansion, and long-term account growth.
Role Overview:
You will own and grow strategic BFSI accounts, drive net new ARR through farming & hunting, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. This is a client-facing role with regular on-site engagement and high ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage enterprise BFSI client relationships end-to-end
- Drive upsell, cross-sell, renewals, and account expansion
- Identify new revenue opportunities within existing accounts
- Engage with CXOs and senior decision-makers
- Conduct weekly client visits and stakeholder reviews
- Gather business requirements and align internal priorities
- Influence product roadmap using customer insights
- Lead contract negotiations and revenue forecasting
- Track lending, fraud, and credit risk market trends
- Deliver strong customer outcomes and retention
Ideal Background:
- 5-8+ years in Strategic Account Management / Enterprise Sales / Customer Success
- Strong exposure to BFSI, Fintech, SaaS, Risk, Fraud, or Data platforms
- Proven track record of farming & ARR expansion
- Comfortable engaging with CXOs and financial stakeholders
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and communication skills
