About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Strategic Account Manager with a strong Banking Sales background. This is an exciting opportunity to manage and expand strategic relationships with key banking clients, drive revenue growth, and contribute to a fast-paced FinTech environment thats transforming financial technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand enterprise banking accounts and long-term relationships.
- Build strong CXO-level and senior stakeholder engagement.
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Provide market insights, understand client needs, and serve as the voice of the client to internal teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
- Support contract negotiation, deal structuring, and renewals.
1. Client Relationship Management
- Own and manage relationships with enterprise BFSI clients to ensure long-term success.
- Visit client premises regularly (weekly) and engage with stakeholders across departments.
- Understand client requirements, gather business inputs, and prioritize initiatives.
2. Farming & Account Growth
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and drive upsell/cross-sell initiatives.
- Proven track record of increasing net new ARR within client deals.
- Drive contract renewals, expansion deals, and revenue targets for key accounts.
3. Industry & Market Intelligence
- Stay updated on lending, financial services, fraud, and credit risk.
- Act as the voice of the customer, influencing product development based on client feedback.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 7 to 8+ years of experience in Strategic Account Management, Enterprise Sales, or Customer Success in BFSI, Fintech, or SaaS.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of financial services, risk intelligence, and AI-driven analytics.
- Experience working with CXOs, decision-makers, and financial stakeholders.
- Skilled in contract negotiations, deal structuring, and revenue forecasting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
