Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and seasoned Team Lead - Talent Acquisition (US) to join our in house Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in US IT hiring, excellent stakeholder management skills, and prior experience leading recruitment processes in a corporate/in-house environment. This role requires the ability to manage full-cycle recruitment while ensuring adherence to processes, quality, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 4-6 Talent Acquisition Specialists.
- Own and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, coordination, and offer negotiations with top IT talent across diverse technology domains for US-based roles.
- Participate in strategic workforce planning / forecasting and develop effective recruiting strategies with hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS (JobDiva, Workday etc.) and ensure compliance with Talent Acquisition SOPs and internal hiring guidelines.
- Guide and support US TA team by imbibing best practices, mentoring, and ensuring process discipline.
- Promote a positive candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring process.
- Leverage recruitment marketing and employer branding to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Stay updated with evolving US IT hiring trends, market intelligence, and best practices.
- Actively participate in various organizational event such as weekend recruitment drives, firmwide hiring events, internal audit reviews, ISO certification etc. as needed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment function.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience in US IT recruitment with proven team management experience from an in-house / corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of US IT roles, skills, and technologies with hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, and advanced Boolean/X-ray search techniques.
- Prior experience with JobDiva, Workday (highly preferred) or similar ATS platforms.
- Strong knowledge of US work authorization types (H1B, GC, USC, TN, OPT/CPT, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
