Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead Talent Acquisition to join our in-house recruitment team.

This role is ideal for a self-driven individual who thrives in both strategic planning and hands-on execution.

This is an individual contributor role with leadership responsibilities, where you will guide recruitment initiatives, mentor team members, and ensure that hiring goals are met with excellence.

Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of recruiters to manage end-to-end IT recruitment for diverse technical roles, ensuring timely hiring aligned with organizational needs.

- Partner with stakeholders as a trusted advisor, providing insights on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, sourcing strategies, and market trends.

- Ensure adherence to Talent Acquisition processes and maintain accurate candidate/requisition data in the ATS.

- Mentor and support by sharing best practices, guiding on sourcing techniques, and enhancing candidate engagement skills.

- Independently manage complex and high-priority requisitions from sourcing to onboarding.

- Leverage innovative sourcing methods and stay updated with the latest recruitment tools, technologies, and industry trends to strengthen hiring strategies.

Skills Required:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Graduate with 12+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably from IT Services / IT Consulting industry.

- Strong knowledge of technical roles, programming languages, and IT ecosystems.

- Hands-on experience with ATS tools like JobDiva (preferred) or other industry-standard platforms.

- Demonstrated ability to mentor, inspire, and lead a recruitment team while personally driving critical hiring needs.

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

- High levels of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
