Job Title : Pre-Sales Lead

Shift Timings : US/UK Shift

- Partner with sales teams to understand client requirements and craft compelling IT services / solutions proposals.

- Lead solution design, RFP/RFI responses, and client presentations across services such as AI, Cloud, Application Development, Data, etc.

- Translate business problems into technical solutions and articulate value propositions to client stakeholders.

- Coordinate with delivery, architecture, and SMEs to build the value propositions.

- Drive deal qualification, solution sizing, effort estimation, and pricing inputs.

- Support client workshops, demos, and PoCs during the sales cycle.

- Develop reusable solution assets, pitch decks, and proposal templates.

- Mentor junior pre-sales analysts and ensure quality of proposals.

Typical Requirements:

- 8-12 years in a pre-sale's role at a mid-large IT services / consulting firm.

- Strong understanding of enterprise technology landscapes (cloud, data, apps, integration, etc.

- Financial services domain experience will be a big plus.

- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
