Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end delivery of complex technology and business projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in project planning, stakeholder management, execution oversight, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high quality and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans.

- Create and manage detailed project schedules, Gantt charts, and milestones.

- Oversee day-to-day project operations, ensuring alignment with technical and business goals.

- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when required.

Stakeholder Management:

- Act as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, vendors, and leadership.

- Facilitate effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

- Manage stakeholder expectations, risks, and dependencies.

- Conduct regular status meetings and project reviews.

Risk & Issue Management:

- Identify, evaluate, and document potential project risks and challenges.

- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.

- Drive issue resolution through structured problem-solving.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

- Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Product, Design, DevOps, and Business Teams.

- Facilitate smooth coordination and ensure all team members understand project requirements.

- Support teams with resource allocation, prioritization, and task assignments.

Budget & Resource Management:

- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking.

- Ensure efficient utilization of team resources and vendor coordination.

- Prepare cost-benefit analyses and performance reports.

Quality & Delivery Assurance:

- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and business expectations.

- Conduct project audits, post-project reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Promote adoption of project management best practices and standards
