
About the job Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our Data and Advanced Analytics initiatives in the Asset & Wealth management space.
You will define the product vision, roadmap, and delivery of sophisticated data solutions, including predictive analytics, risk modeling, business intelligence dashboards, and automated decision-making engines.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop a product roadmap for data and analytics solutions for the customers.
Data-Driven Product Delivery : Lead the design and delivery of production-grade analytics products, from scalable data pipelines to intuitive BI dashboards (PowerBI/Tableau), ensuring high standards of data governance and security.
Requirement Synthesis & Metrics : Author high-quality Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and user stories, translating intricate financial workflows into clear requirements for Data Engineering, BI, and Data Science teams.
- Define core KPIs and success metrics for every product rollout.
Stakeholder Leadership : Collaborate with senior client stakeholders (C-level) and internal teams to ensure data products align with business objectives, drive adoption, and deliver measurable commercial value.
Market Intelligence & Innovation : Stay abreast of emerging modern data stack technologies, advanced analytics methodologies, and predictive modeling trends within the asset & wealth management space.
Required Qualifications & Skills Professional Experience : 8-12 years of total experience, with at least 4 years specifically building Analytics products management or Technical product management.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to work with technical teams and understand APIs, data pipelines, cloud platforms ( Azure), and system architecture.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of the analytics lifecycle, SQL, Python, Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.),and A/B testing frameworks.
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts such as NLP, Generative AI, Agentic AI, predictive analytics, or automation workflows.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or product analytics platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, Economics).
- An MBA from a Tier-1 institute is a strong advantage
