
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a wide range of non-IT positions, including bulk hiring, lateral hiring, and fresher onboarding.
You will work closely with business leaders and hiring managers to anticipate future hiring needs, develop talent acquisition strategies, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
This role requires excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Talent Planning:
- Partner with department heads and business leaders to understand current and future hiring needs.
- Create, update, and maintain job descriptions and job specifications aligned with business goals.
- Forecast hiring needs based on workforce planning, attrition trends, and business expansion.
End-to-End Recruitment Execution:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across bulk, lateral, and fresher hiring for non-IT roles (e.g, operations, finance, sales, customer service, logistics, HR).
- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media (LinkedIn, Instagram), employee referrals, campus drives, and staffing agencies.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate with line managers for technical /functional rounds.
- Assess candidates for skills, culture fit, and organizational alignment, ensuring a high-quality talent pipeline.
Candidate Experience & Engagement:
- Manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process-from first contact to offer letter and onboarding.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, feedback communication, and status updates to all candidates.
- Serve as the brand ambassador for the organization and promote a positive employer brand.
Operational Excellence
- Prepare and maintain recruitment dashboards, metrics, and weekly/monthly hiring reports.
- Assist with offer management, background verification, and completion of pre-joining formalities.
- Support internal audit and compliance requirements by maintaining accurate recruitment documentation.
Compliance & Best Practices:
- Stay updated on the latest employment laws, HR policies, and DE&I practices.
- Enforce and support compliance in hiring processes (e.g, equal opportunity hiring, labor law awareness).
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline recruitment operations.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, with expertise in non-IT bulk and lateral hiring.
- Prior experience hiring for large teams in sectors like BPO, BFSI, Retail, or Manufacturing is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases (e.g, Zoho Recruit, Naukri RMS, Taleo, etc.
- Proficient in various interview formats: telephonic, virtual, in-person, panel, behavioral, and situational interviews.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage multiple open roles at once in a dynamic environment
