About the Role:
- Straive is looking for a seasoned, high-impact Lead Recruiter to drive our expansion across onshore markets, with a primary focus on the United States.
- As a pure-play data services firm, we don't just fill seats; we find the architects of the data economy.
- You aren't just a recruiter; you are a talent advisor who understands the competitive landscape of US data services and has a proven track record of "hunting" passive candidates who aren't looking at job boards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end hiring process for US-based roles (Data Scientists, Data Engineers, ML Specialists, and Sales Leaders).
- Move beyond LinkedIn "Easy Apply.
- You will use advanced Boolean strings, X-ray searching, and deep networking to engage top-tier talent currently employed by competitors.
- Act as a strategic partner to US-based Hiring Managers, providing market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and talent mapping.
- Articulate Straive's value proposition effectively to US candidates, ensuring a high "offer-to-join" ratio.
- Build "ready-now" talent communities for recurring niche roles in the data and AI space.
What We Are Looking For:
- 8-10 years in TA, with at least 5+ years exclusively focused on US onshore recruitment.
- Prior experience in a Data Services or Tech Consulting environment is highly preferred (Knowledge of competitors like Mu Sigma, Fractal, LatentView, or Tredence is a plus).
- Expert-level proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and alternative sourcing tools.
- Cultural Fluency: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build instant rapport with US-based candidates and navigate international labor laws/visa nuances (H1B, F-1, Green Card, etc.
- Results-Oriented: A "closer" mindset with a track record of meeting aggressive hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.
