Job Overview:
- We are looking for a Business Consultant who bridges the gap between high-level business strategy and deep technical execution.
- You will act as a strategic advisor to our clients, using your proficiency in Python and SQL to prototype solutions, analyze complex datasets, and define product roadmaps that solve real-world business challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Advisory: Partner with client stakeholders to identify high-impact business opportunities for data and AI integration.
- Technical Prototyping: Leverage Python and SQL to perform exploratory data analysis, build proof-of-concepts, and validate business hypotheses.
- Product Roadmap Management: Translate client needs into technical specifications and lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for data-driven solutions.
- Data-Driven Storytelling: Create compelling executive presentations and dashboards that translate technical findings into actionable business strategy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Orchestrate workflows between data engineering squads and business units to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Solution Architecting: Design scalable frameworks for data governance and AI operationalization that align with long-term client goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:.
- Work Experience: Minimum 5+ years in Management Consulting
- Programming Mastery: Strong hands-on proficiency in Python (for data manipulation/modelling) and SQL (complex querying and data extraction).
- Analytical Toolkit: Deep experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) and a solid understanding of the machine learning lifecycle.
- Education: MBA or Master's degree from a Tier-1 institute (IIT/IIM/ISB or equivalent).
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record of managing data-intensive projects or products from inception to scale.
