Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and creative Brand Content Manager to lead the development, execution, and management of compelling content that strengthens our brand positioning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand storytelling, corporate communications, and content marketing, with the ability to create diverse content formats for multiple channels.

The role involves strategic content planning, hands-on content creation, and collaboration with marketing, communications, and leadership teams to ensure all content aligns with business and brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Creation:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with brand goals, marketing campaigns, and audience engagement

- Create high-quality content across formats: articles, blog posts, web pages, social media posts, video scripts, email campaigns, capability brochures, case studies, and media pitches

- Develop thought leadership content, POVs, podcasts, interviews, and other formats to position the brand as an industry leader

- Maintain a quote bank and content repository for internal and external communications

Brand & Marketing Support:

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop campaign content that highlights brand attributes, personality, and value propositions

- Support leadership branding initiatives by creating speeches, presentations, and thought leadership material

- Provide content inputs for advertising, PR, and social media campaigns to ensure consistency in brand messaging

Internal Communications & Engagement:

- Plan and execute internal communication campaigns to engage employees and convey key organizational messages

- Develop content for Voice of Customer initiatives to enhance customer engagement and brand loyalty

- Collaborate with HR and leadership teams for employee engagement, recognition campaigns, and storytelling

Media & PR Collaboration:

- Work with PR and media teams to develop press releases, media pitches, and byline articles

- Manage relationships with publications, media outlets, and external writers to amplify brand visibility

- Track and optimize content performance for media coverage and audience engagement

Analytics & Continuous Improvement:

- Track the effectiveness of content campaigns and report on key metrics

- Use insights to optimize content strategy, messaging, and distribution

- Stay updated with content marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Key Qualifications & Experience:

- 6 to 8 years of experience in brand content, corporate communications, or content marketing

- Hands-on experience in writing all types of content: articles, web pages, brochures, social posts, video scripts, and media pitches

- Degree or Diploma in Journalism, Communications, or related fields

- Prior experience as a writer in a publication is a plus

- Strong understanding of brand building, storytelling, and marketing principles
