
We are looking to appoint an experienced Group Finance Manager to lead finance operations at a group level, overseeing multiple inter-related companies across diverse sectors.
Role Overview:
- This is a senior leadership position responsible for strategic financial management, governance, and consolidation across the group.
- The role will work alongside existing finance managers at entity level and provide overall direction, control, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee group-level finance operations across multiple inter-related companies.
- Manage consolidated financial statements, group reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and governance frameworks across all entities.
- Provide strategic financial insights to management for decision-making and growth planning.
- Coordinate with auditors, bankers, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Drive standardization of finance processes, policies, and reporting across the group.
- Mentor, guide, and lead the finance team, ensuring collaboration and accountability.
- Support expansion, restructuring, and new business initiatives at group level.
Industry Exposure (Added Advantage):
- Retail industry experience.
- Pharmaceutical sector exposure.
- IT / technology sector experience.
- (Multi-industry experience is highly preferred).
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of progressive finance experience, with group-level exposure.
- Proven experience managing multiple entities and complex financial structures.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, lead, and carry the team together.
- High level of dedication, integrity, and ownership.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
