Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Strategy
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals across group entities.
- Prepare, manage, and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Conduct financial risk assessments and implement effective cost control measures.
- Provide strategic financial insights to support growth and expansion initiatives.
- Accounting & Financial Operations
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations for all group companies.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal financial controls.
- Compliance & Audit
- Ensure full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements including Income Tax, GST, ROC, PF, ESI, and other applicable laws.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audits and reviews.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and regulatory submissions.
- Address audit observations and implement corrective actions.
- Consolidation & Reporting
- Prepare consolidated financial statements for the group companies.
- Generate MIS reports, profitability analysis, variance analysis, and performance dashboards.
- Provide actionable financial insights to senior management for strategic and operational decisions.
- Treasury & Cash Flow Management
- Oversee cash flow planning, working capital management, and fund utilization.
- Liaise with banks and financial institutions for loans, credit facilities, and treasury operations.
- Monitor investments and manage financial assets efficiently.
- Taxation
- Manage direct and indirect taxation for all group companies.
- Implement tax planning strategies to optimize tax efficiency while ensuring compliance.
- Handle tax audits, assessments, notices, and related documentation.
- Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage the finance and accounts team across multiple entities.
- Set performance objectives, conduct evaluations, and drive skill development.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support business and financial requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Proven experience in managing finance and accounts for multiple entities or group companies.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
