
Stores Manager
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Stores Manager to lead and manage our store operations at a premier steel manufacturing company in Angola.
Key Requirements:
- Logistic management / Supply chain management or stores management degree or diploma
- Minimum 7 -10 years of experience (3 years managerial level) in the hardware manufacturing sector (experience in the steel industry will be highly preferred).
- Proven experience managing 8,000+ SKUs.
- Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP or MS Navision (mandatory).
- Experience with Light House ERP (preferred).
- Demonstrated experience in handling and supervising large store operations and teams.
- Energetic and self-driven person
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for inbound logistics, including receiving, verification, documentation, and system updates.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Ensure accurate inventory control, stock management, and timely physical verification.
- Coordinate with relevant departments, conduct regular inventory checks, and provide timely reports and updates to stakeholders.
- Closely supervise and manage national employees assigned to the stores, ensuring discipline, productivity, and adherence to company procedures.
- Ensure proper storage practices, efficient material handling, and system accuracy.
- Prepare and submit regular MIS reports to the Finance Department.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping, safety, and audit readiness at all times.
