Overall description and context: - The company creates designer jewelry that's exceptional in design and craftsmanship. The jewelry is priced between INR 5,000 to INR 100,000, with a few special edition pieces going up to INR 300,000. - The brand launched its website last year and has received a fantastic response from fashion-media, and clientele in India and abroad. - We have also created a circular model with the flexibility for our clients to renew (exchange), restore, and rent jewelry for a short term. KRAs: The specific responsibilities would include. - Achieve sales targets as per weekly/monthly sales plans. - Develop and maintain deep customer relationships. - Respond to online leads & update CRM trackers. - Managing the Loop experience, making sure it's smooth for the client - Keeping track of whether the daily committed appointments and fulfilled - Keeps in touch with clients, and assists with service requests (doubts on product use, warranty related) - Being the "eyes and ears" on the ground: understand what key relevant events are happening, bring them to the Manager's attention, and work out how the company should leverage this. - Support local company events for client engagement: trunk shows, exclusive dinners, and similar events. - Ensuring Visual Merchandising standards are upheld according to the company standard. - Support maintenance of stock and inventory accuracy, in line with company policies and procedures - Support coordination between front and back-office, ensuring appropriate store resources coverage, and supervising logistics and stock management Requisite skills: - Exceptional client handling skills - dealing with diverse groups of clients (HNIs and uHNIs, upwardly mobile women, others) - Strong "thinking on your feet" skills to manage day-to-day logistics - Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written in English, Hindi, and the relevant local language) - Ability to learn and use the company's technology platforms to track and maintain client leads, and track delivery status. - Ability to learn and present our products in deep technical and aesthetic detail - Good organization skills: planning daily delivery scheduling, reporting to the head office Mindset: - Strong ethics - non-compromising focus - Obsessive about delivering client experience in line with the brand - Strong creativity+energy+passion to drive the desired outcomes as a leader, as an individual contributor, and as a team builder. - Passion for luxury brands, and to learn about what makes them tick; loves understanding design details - Grasps the content of an early stage start-up and enjoys the hustle needed to make things happen - Strong work ethic, and sets high performance standards for self, team and peers - While the work will be structured to optimize work-life balance, especially at the early stages, while the processes are being set up, being flexible on hours would be needed from time-to-time.
