Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our Mumbai boutique. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of luxury fashion retail, excellent leadership skills, and a strong focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience. The Store Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing store operations, and maintaining the brand's high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Sales & Business Development:

- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients to drive repeat business and referrals.

- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

2. Customer Experience:

- Ensure a seamless luxury shopping experience for all clients.

- Train and motivate staff to provide personalized styling and consultation services.

- Handle VIP clients with discretion and professionalism.

3.Store Operations:

- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment.

- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

- Collaborate with the corporate team on new collection launches and marketing initiatives.

4. Team Management:

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales associates and support staff.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.

- Develop training programs to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
