Proactively understand and anticipate customer needs to deliver exceptional shopping experiences. Maintain a tangible presence at the point of sale, ensuring seamless handling of complaints and returns.
Product & Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage product flow-ordering, receiving, and stock optimization-in line with sales objectives. Communicate relevant product insights and support an efficient merchandise receiving process.
Store & Section Image:
Uphold Our company's visual standards, ensuring the store and team present a cohesive, branded image. Oversee store cleanliness, layout, and adherence to merchandising criteria.
Staff Leadership & Development:
Recruit, onboard, train, and cultivate an engaged and high-performing team. Manage personnel deployment and internal staffing budgets effectively.
Budget, Asset & Cash Management:
Safeguard store assets, control inventory wastage, and oversee administrative processes. Ensure compliance with all cash handling procedures and company policies.
