A leading and rapidly expanding luxury retail brand in the gems & jewellery sector is looking for a Store Manager to lead operations at its flagship store in Solan.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the retail store including sales, inventory, and team performance.

- Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service in a luxury setting.

- Manage in-store merchandising, display, and visual aesthetics as per brand guidelines.

- Handle high-value clients (HNI/VIP), ensuring personalized service and long-term relationship building.

- Ensure stock control, shrinkage management, and adherence to SOPs.

- Monitor store performance metrics including revenue, footfall conversion, ATV, and customer feedback.

- Work closely with regional management on local marketing initiatives and promotional events.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 712 years of experience in managing luxury or lifestyle retail stores, preferably in jewellery, watches, or fashion retail.

- Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on customer-focused mindset.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Sales-driven with strong analytical and operational understanding.

- Willing to relocate or based in Solan/nearby regions.
