Job Description:

We are looking for a Store Manager with solid experience in the Flexible Packaging / Packaging Manufacturing industry. The role involves managing end-to-end store operations, inventory control, stock planning, material handling, GRN/GIR processes, and maintaining accurate documentation.

The candidate will ensure timely availability of materials, coordinate with production and procurement teams, oversee warehouse housekeeping & safety standards, and implement process improvements for efficient store management. Experience working on ERP/SAP systems is essential. Expat position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily store & warehouse operations

- Maintain accurate inventory levels and stock movement

- Manage GRN, material issuance, stock reconciliation, and reports

- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, and Logistics teams

- Ensure proper storage, FIFO/FEFO, and material handling practices

- Monitor slow-moving/critical stock and plan replenishment

- Maintain documentation audits and compliance

- Lead store team and ensure safety standards
