Key Responsibilities:

- Managing Store Operation Smoothly and effectively .

- Controlling and managing the inventory to ensure sufficient stock , daily and weekly cycle Count.

- Monitoring On time GRN completion & daily distribution of document to finance for invoice booking.

- Effective Location management And 5 S.

- Material issue to production based on daily input plan.

- Preparation of material issue report.

- Maintain the FIFO, 3R, 6S in warehouse.

- Coordination with sourcing dept. for Raw materials white Transport.

- Preparation of daily shortage report based on commitment plan.

- Weekly physical stock of A class material & reconciliation.

- Maintain material issue record & reconciliation.

- Timely maintenance of material handling equipment like Forklift, Hydraulic trolley, Material shifting trolley.

- Inventory control & focus on JIT.

- Communication to all shift in-charge for smooth operation of material issue & receipt.

- Ensure minimum stock level of all parts & material availability based on next three days production plan given by PPC.

- No down time/ line stoppage due to material shortage on line.

- To ensure use of right material handling equipment & safe operation.

- Monthly Stock taking & Scrap Control, clearance .

- Spare parts packing & supply to service team as per monthly requirement OTD 95%.

- Scrap Handling And Disposal.

Key Skills:-

- Strong Leader ship Skill and Have well experience in Handling Team of More than 20 Manpower.

- MS Office - MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.

- Must have worked on SAP ECC/SAP S4 HANA.

- Good communication skills.

- Strong Organizational Skill .

- Active listening skills.

Education and Experience:

Graduate - 10+ years experience in Store Function.

Material Management with 5+ years experience.

Excellent in Manpower Management.
