Job Description Summary: Support the India Retail Business by driving Operational excellence & key projects on Operations Key responsibility: Drive SOP implementation in retail stores by working closely with the regional retail teams - Morning Briefing - Backroom dashboard - Store Ambience - Work in close proximity with the Training department to create modules for Store Teams - Customer Service | Selling Skills - Mystery Audit score improvement - Store Manager Modules Key Metrics: - Operational excellence & SOP adherence within Retail Channel - Identification & Rollout of Technology-driven projects and processes to support front end Retail teams - Omni Adoption @ front end Stores - Develop, organize, manage, monitor, and evaluate relevant Dashboards. - Drive Omni channel adoption with the store teams working closely with regional retail teams - Work closely with the Omni vendor to develop | modify training modules to support the store teams - Closely track | monitor | improve important Omni KPIs like Fulfilment rates | Cancellation & Return% | COD % - Drive effectiveness & impact Store Business Reviews at front end by closely tracking the impact on KPIs - Drive Retail Mobility project in O&O doors | Rollout in top partner doors - Drive retail efficiencies through the Footfall tracking mechanism helping improve the conversion rates - Work closely with global vendor for Footfall tracking to ensure all stores are online at all point of time - Develop SOP manuals for all technologies rolled out in Stores Data Management: - Create relevant dashboards to closely track performance of relevant projects - Identify trends | compare regions & stores | benchmark against likeminded brands - Broadcast the findings along with corrective measures to the concerned teams
