
I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify key mobile markets and high-potential locations across all states in India- Perform business analysis and feasibility studies for prospective locations to ensure they align with our strategic expansion plan
- Focus on premium store location identification in high-footfall areas such as malls, high streets, and commercial hubs
- Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead and execute rent negotiations with landlords and mall management to secure the best commercial terms for new leases. Prepare detailed business proposals and models for new stores, including financial projections and profitability analysis.
- Legal & Onboarding: Oversee agreement and legal formalities for new properties, ensuring all documentation is accurate. Conduct thorough due diligence for property onboarding to mitigate risks and ensure a smooth transition from lease signing to store launch
- Develop and present the business model and expansion strategy to State Business Retail Managers (BRMs) and DGMs to secure buy-in and coordinate efforts
- Work closely with internal departments, including legal, finance, and operations, to streamline the new store opening process.
