Position Overview

We are looking for a Sales Specialist with 8-12 years of experience in premium product sales, customer relationship management, and end-to-end client handling. The role involves achieving sales targets, managing walk-in clients, and supporting business development initiatives to drive revenue growth.

Role Details

- Role: Sales Specialist

- Experience: 8-12 Years

- Location: Delhi

- Reporting To: Vice President - Sales & Services

- Industry Preference: Marble, Building Materials, Interior/Architecture, Real Estate, Luxury Products

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals.

- Handle walk-in customers including end clients, architects, and interior designers.

- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a seamless buying experience.

- Maintain accurate client interactions and updates on CRM systems.

- Develop strong relationships with HNI customers and key decision-makers.

- Coordinate effectively with the Business Development and Sales Support teams.

- Present product offerings and features with strong product knowledge.

- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable product options.

- Support sales strategies that align with organizational goals and revenue targets.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Post-Graduate degree or MBA preferred.

- 8-12 years of sales experience, preferably in marble, building materials, real estate, or luxury segments.

- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.

- Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.

- Ability to engage effectively with HNI clients and premium customer segments.

- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high service standards.

- Ability to work independently while supporting team objectives.
