Role
- We are looking for a strategic and driven Brand Manager to take full ownership of the Stonelam brand.
- This role goes beyond day-to-day marketing, it involves shaping the brands direction, leading a team, and building meaningful engagement with the architecture and design community.
- You will be responsible for leading brand-building initiatives across channels, driving campaigns that strengthen Stonelams positioning in the market, and ensuring consistent
communication across all touchpoints.
- With a strong focus on collaboration, youll work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful results.
- This is a key leadership role for someone who is not just execution-focused but also brings a long-term, strategic mindset to grow and evolve the Stonelam brand.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Leadership & Strategic Ownership
- Lead the brand strategy and positioning for the Stonelam Facade vertical, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Drive innovative brand-building initiatives across ATL, BTL, digital, and on-ground channels.
- Take complete ownership of marketing calendars, launch plans, and campaign execution.
- Track brand performance and implement data-driven improvements.
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Manage and mentor a team of Assistant Brand Managers / Marketing Executives, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and performance.
- Collaborate closely with sales, design, product, and leadership teams to align on strategy and execution.
- Serve as the key point of contact for agencies, vendors, and external partners.
Architect & Influencer Engagement
- Conceptualize and lead architect-focused engagement programs from curated events to immersive experiences.
- Build and sustain relationships with key architects, influencers, and design voices.
- Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
Media, PR & Content Oversight
- Develop PR and media strategies with internal teams and external agencies.
- Oversee storytelling and content creation across channels print, digital, and social.
- Ensure brand messaging is consistent, aspirational, and aligned with Stonelams design ethos.
Retail & On-ground Activation
- Drive retail visibility and in-store experience enhancements for the Kitchen range.
- Work with the design and retail teams to create impactful product displays and demo experiences.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
- 69 years of relevant experience in brand management, preferably in premium design, lifestyle, interiors, or consumer goods.
- Proven track record in team management and cross-functional leadership.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of branding, consumer behavior, digital marketing, and media planning.
- Highly organized, creative, and strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset.
