Role Overview:

The Wealth Manager will drive AUM growth and expansion of Borderless' distribution network. This is a revenue-focused role requiring strong partner acquisition, relationship management, and global investment advisory capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive AUM growth through partner channels and direct client engagement

2. Onboard and activate new distribution partners (wealth firms, IFAs, private banks, RIAs)

3. Grow wallet share and productivity of existing partners

4.Support HNIs and institutions with global diversification strategies

5. Present relevant global investment opportunities and assist in execution

6. Work with research and product teams to stay ahead of market trends

7. Track pipeline, inflows, and partner performance metrics

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance/Economics; MBA preferred

2. 6+ years in wealth management and partner onboarding

3. Proven track record of partner acquisition and AUM growth

4. Strong understanding of global investment products

5. Experience working with HNIs and distributor networks

6. CFA/CFP or equivalent preferred
