Stock Manager

This person owns Amazon PSM end-to-end - stock placement, replenishment, inventory optimisation, and in-stock performance across all warehouses and geographies. Junior Stockist reports to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the Amazon in-stock dashboard: real-time visibility of in-stock % across all SKUs and warehouses

- Maintain minimum stock standard across all warehouses for all live Amazon titles

Inventory range management:

- Binary in-stock flag per SKU (in-stock / out-of-stock)

- Overstocked / understocked classification with action triggers

- Root cause analysis for every stockout - & why are we not in stock?;

- Vet sales team stock plans - review and challenge warehouse allocation proposals with data

- Own MNC and Trade (non-Acad) stock management

- Drive regional strategy: reduce national shipping; increase zonal fulfilment

- Hold weekly PSM sync with sales + warehouse; provide data-led stocking recommendations

- Manage order forms, POs, day-to-day inventory tracking
