Sterling Hospital is looking for a Head of Administration for our Sterling Hospital Gurukul location. This leadership role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the entire hospital, driving both operational and service excellence and patient satisfaction.

Overall Hospital Administration & Healthcare Management:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the hospital, ensuring all departments run smoothly and in line with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.

- Oversee the entire patient journey, from admission to discharge, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the hospital's overall performance and operational efficiency.

Financial Acumen & Business Performance:

- Monitor daily financial dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track revenue and expenses.

- Analyze and optimize revenue streams, focusing on OP (Outpatient) to Lab/Radiology/Pharmacy conversions.

- Implement cost-control measures and identify opportunities to improve the hospital's financial health.

- Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior management.

Patient Service & Experience Excellence:

- Champion a culture of service excellence across all departments.

- Ensure timely and effective resolution of patient grievances and feedback.

- Oversee Food & Beverage Services and other patient care support services to ensure high standards of quality and hygiene.

- Initiate new initiatives and programs to continuously improve the patient experience.

- Track and analyze patient feedback and Net Promoter Score (NPS) to identify areas for improvement.

Stakeholder Relations & Engagement:

- Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and local communities to ensure compliance and maintain a positive reputation.-

- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with doctors, clinicians, and other medical professionals to ensure their engagement and support.

Team Leadership & Development:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of administrative and support staff.

Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Desired Profile

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience in a senior administrative role within a hospital or healthcare setting.

Skills:

- Strong financial management and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.

- A deep understanding of the healthcare industry and patient service standards.

- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
