Job Summary:

The AVP Fundraising will lead institutional partnerships and fundraising initiatives with corporate, institutional, and philanthropic partners. The role requires a strategic professional capable of building long-term funding relationships, developing innovative fundraising strategies, and ensuring financial sustainability of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Independently lead institutional and corporate fundraising initiatives for the organization.

- Develop and execute strategic fundraising plans to meet annual funding targets.

- Identify potential funding partners including corporates, foundations, and institutions.

- Prepare and submit funding proposals, concept notes, and project budgets.

- Manage end-to-end donor engagement from outreach to closure and reporting.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective donors.

- Lead CSR fundraising efforts and secure partnerships aligned to organizational goals.

- Coordinate with program and finance teams for project design and proposal inputs.

- Ensure timely compliance, documentation, and donor reporting.

- Represent the organization in external meetings, forums, and networking events.

- Track fundraising performance, maintain donor database, and prepare periodic MIS reports.

- Stay updated with CSR laws, funding trends, and institutional donor priorities.
