Recruitment Manager (Remote)
Location: Fully Remote
Position: Full-Time
Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000 USD annually
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Operations:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive remote talent acquisition strategy aligned with company goals and growth objectives
- Establish and refine recruiting processes, metrics (OKRs/KPIs), and best practices for a fully remote environment
- Partner with executive leadership and department heads on workforce planning and hiring strategy
- Analyze recruitment data to provide insights and make data-driven decisions to optimize hiring processes
Team Management & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a distributed team of recruiters and coordinators
- Set clear performance metrics and goals for the talent acquisition team
- Drive ongoing learning and development initiatives for team members
Execution & Excellence:
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for leadership and critical positions
- Enhance our employer brand in the remote work landscape through innovative sourcing strategies
What We're Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3+ years in a recruitment leadership role
- Proven experience building and scaling TA functions in a remote or distributed environment
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team
- Expertise in remote recruitment strategies across multiple time zones and regions
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Proficiency with modern ATS and recruitment tools
