Role and Responsibilities  - The ideal candidate must have some social media experience. This means the person is actively participating in a wide variety of social media activities such as blogging, community development and management, social bookmarking, commenting, etc. and is well-connected with the broader social media world.  - Managing our social presence and creating engaged communities across channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+, Quora, YouTube,SlideShare, StumbleUpon, etc.  - Manage the social content calendar and coordinate with the team for social media activities.  - Responsible for driving social media Campaigns  - Measure the impact of campaigns and overall performance  - Collaborate in defining key performance indicators to measure success in social media and marketing efforts.  - Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs, and analyse, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results  Skills  - Superb verbal, written and presentation skills to communicate effectively, and on-brand, with consumers, in-house stakeholders and partners  - Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage/execute multiple ongoing projects  - Strong interpersonal skills to communicate and work effectively with multiple teams  - Complete familiarity MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel  - Creative flair and enthusiasm for new ideas and concepts  - Keen interest in Beauty and fashion is a plus  Salary Range: 5 - 8 LPA
