Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Growth Marketing Specialist to support and scale our presence in the Indian market.
This role is pivotal in identifying new business opportunities, aligning marketing strategies with sales objectives, and executing high-impact campaigns that drive growth and customer engagement.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with a deep understanding of B2B marketing, market research, sales enablement, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Business Development / Market Intelligence
- Detect and evaluate new growth opportunities by analyzing market trends and evolutions.
- Conduct and interpret market research to capture customer insights (needs, preferences, and pain points) to develop a differentiated value proposition for the Indian market.
- Analyze competitor positioning to identify market strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT).
- Identify, qualify, and nurture new leads and prospects to expand the business pipeline.
Commercial Excellence
- Collaborate closely with the Local Head of Businesses and National/Regional Sales Managers to manage the customer portfolio and enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Support the execution of the business plan to ensure measurable impact and alignment with organizational goals.
- Enable sales teams through training and support in using business and marketing tools/processes (including CRM).
- Enhance sales enablement by equipping teams with resources and strategies to effectively position and sell St- ubli FCS solutions.
Growth Marketing
- Define and structure strategic marketing plans that align with sales objectives, including market segmentation, positioning, messaging, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
- Develop tactical plans to effectively reach target audiences and buyer personas.
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives such as exhibitions, digital marketing campaigns, customer seminars, and events.
Execution and Performance Monitoring
- Lead the successful implementation of the annual marketing plan, ensuring timely execution of all initiatives.
- Monitor and manage the marketing budget, optimizing costs and maximizing ROI.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and build dashboards to analyze marketing performance and campaign effectiveness.
- Report marketing activities and performance metrics to local and global leadership on a regular basis.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A masters degree is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and research skills; ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficient in CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Experience working in industrial or technical product marketing is an advantage.
