New Product Development (NPD):
- Support NPD initiatives through product positioning, go-to-market planning, and launch campaigns, driving adoption and visibility.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, trade marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of brand programs.
Agency s Vendor Management:
- Manage creative, digital, and media agencies to deliver high-quality outputs within agreed timelines.
Performance Tracking s Insights:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, consumer insights, and ROI.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
Brand Communication:
- Ensure consistency of brand tone, design, and messaging across all communication platforms.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Masters degree preferred).
- 7-10 years of experience in brand marketing, communications, or BTL/trade marketing.
- Having worked in the Food & Snack Business (FMCG) for at least 4-5 years.
- Proven success in managing end-to-end campaigns, activations, and NPD launches.
- Strong knowledge of brand building, consumer insights, and BTL strategies.
- Excellent project management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Creative thinker with strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Brand Awareness s Equity: Growth in brand recognition and positive perception in target markets.
- Campaign ROI: Achievement of engagement, conversion, and cost-efficiency targets.
- NPD Launch Success: Timely execution of launches with measurable adoption and market penetration.

- Agency Effectiveness: Timely and high-quality delivery of creative outputs from partners.
- Cross-functional Alignment: Positive feedback and seamless collaboration with sales and trade marketing teams.
- Reporting s Insights: Timely submission of performance reports with actionable insights.
