Statutory Auditor - CA

Role Summary:

As a Statutory Audit Partner, you will serve as a senior leader within the firm, responsible for driving the audit practice, managing a high-profile client portfolio, and ensuring the highest standards of audit quality, integrity, and regulatory compliance. You will contribute to the strategic direction of the firm while maintaining direct accountability for audit service delivery, client satisfaction, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy

- Lead and shape the vision and strategic objectives of the audit practice.

- Serve as a key contributor to the firm's leadership team and help drive firm-wide initiatives.

- Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and ethical behavior.

Client Portfolio Management

- Act as the signing partner for statutory audits of listed companies, multinational corporations, and large private entities.

- Maintain strong relationships with boards, audit committees, and senior client executives (CFOs, CEOs).

- Provide strategic insights and thought leadership to clients on complex audit, financial reporting, and governance matters.

Audit Quality & Risk Management

- Take ownership of audit quality reviews and implement improvements as necessary.

- Oversee risk management processes including client acceptance/continuance, independence, and conflict resolution.

Business Development & Growth

- Drive revenue growth through expansion of the audit client base and cross-functional collaboration with tax, advisory, and consulting teams.

- Lead client proposals, pitch presentations, and negotiations.

- Represent the firm in external forums, industry panels, and networking events.

People Development

- Mentor and develop the next generation of audit leaders, including directors and senior managers.

- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the practice.

- Lead succession planning and talent management initiatives.
