Role Overview :

As a Statutory Audit Associate/Senior at a Big 4 firm, you will be at the forefront of financial integrity, serving as a trusted advisor to a diverse portfolio of high-growth clients. Your day-to-day will involve executing complex audit engagements, analyzing financial statements, and ensuring rigorous compliance with IFRS and GAAP standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional engagement teams and senior client stakeholders to identify financial risks and provide actionable insights that drive business transparency. By maintaining the highest standards of professional skepticism and technical accuracy, you will play a pivotal role in upholding the financial health and credibility of the organizations we serve, directly influencing investor confidence and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Execute end-to-end statutory audit procedures for large-scale corporate clients to ensure financial statements reflect a true and fair view of the business.

- Analyze complex accounting transactions and financial data to identify potential material misstatements, ensuring strict adherence to IFRS and GAAP frameworks.

- Collaborate with engagement managers and client finance teams to resolve audit queries, facilitating a seamless and efficient reporting process.

- Draft comprehensive audit reports and management letters that provide stakeholders with clear insights into internal control environments and financial performance.

- Mentor junior team members during field engagements to foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous professional development.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrate deep technical proficiency in Statutory Audit, Financial Reporting, and the practical application of IFRS and GAAP standards.

- Possess a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) certification with a strong academic record and a clear understanding of audit methodologies.

- Exhibit exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with client management and articulate complex financial findings with clarity.
